Terms & conditions
These terms apply to registration for ("the Event"), organised by ("the Organiser"). By registering and paying the entry fee you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
Participants must meet any minimum age set by the Organiser on race day. Participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
2. Registration and payment
Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email with a registration number. The entry fee is shown on the registration page and includes payment gateway charges. Entries are personal and may not be transferred or sold.
3. Medical fitness and risk
Running is physically demanding. You confirm that you are medically fit to take part and that you participate at your own risk. The Organiser will provide basic medical support on the course but is not liable for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from participation, except where required by law.
4. Conduct and safety
Participants must follow the instructions of officials, marshals, police and medical staff. The Organiser may disqualify any participant for unsafe or unsporting conduct.
5. Changes and cancellation
The Organiser may change the route, timing or format, or cancel the Event, for reasons of safety, weather, government orders or other circumstances beyond its control. Refunds are governed by the refund & cancellation policy.
6. Photographs
Participants agree that photographs and videos taken during the Event may be used by the Organiser for event promotion.
