Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellation by a participant

Entry fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed. Entries cannot be transferred to another person.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was debited but you did not receive a confirmation, email with your payment ID. Verified duplicate payments are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Cancellation by the Organiser

If the Event is cancelled by the Organiser and not rescheduled, the entry fee (excluding payment gateway charges) will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 working days of the announcement. If the Event is postponed, your entry carries over to the new date.

Refund timelines

Once a refund is issued, banks usually take 5–7 working days to credit it to your account.
